Danaelan joined ceEntek after acquiring over 14 years of background in managing mid-size plants to MNC in end-to-end operations/supply chain including procurement, production, manufacturing, HR and quality aspects. These experiences were gained through a combination of technical and service industry from a lean environment to highly dynamic automated environment managing over 1000+ headcount. Dan’s core deliverables consisted of managing multi-million dollar projects across APAC in the O&G industry to managing cash processing/servicing facilities of USD1 Billion dollars daily in the financial services industry.
Dan is known for his genuine personality that enables his team to always work in a symbiotic manner. He takes pride in altruistic talent development, having a pragmatic combination of operations and quality prowess via exemplary leading. Dan holds MBA (1St class) from Raffles University and Mechanical Engineering degree from Multimedia University.
